Ordering & The Drop Model

  • How do your weekly drops work? 

A: Our weekly ordering window opens every Wednesday at 7 PM and closes on Monday at 5 PM. Orders placed during that window are available for Wednesday pick up at Coastside Farmers Market in Rockaway Beach, Pacifica and at Mountain Farmers Market in Los Gatos. We bake everything fresh for each drop, so once the window closes, we're in production mode.

  • When is the next order window?

A: We open every Wednesday at 7 PM. Follow us on Instagram for flavor previews and reminders before each drop.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: No minimum for pickup, you're welcome to order just one cookie to try.

  • Can I place an order for a future date?

A: For larger party or event orders, we're happy to accommodate future dates when possible. Please email us at hello@crumbsocieties.com with your event details, and we'll take it from there. 

  • Do you do bulk orders for parties and events?

A: Yes! We offer bulk cookie orders within a minimum of 2 dozen (24 cookies). Great for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and school functions. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us to get started. Bulk orders receive 15% off.

  • How far in advance do I need to order for a bulk/event order?

A: We ask for at least 7 days notice for bulk orders so we can bake your cookies fresh. The sooner the better. Contact us and we'll confirm availability.

 

 

Pickup & Delivery

  • Where and when can I pick up my order?

A: Pick up locations:

    • Coastside Farmers Market in Rockaway Beach, Pacifica (Wednesday: 2-6 PM)
    • Mountain Farmers Market in Los Gatos (Friday: 2:30 - 6:30 PM)
  • Do you deliver? What areas do you deliver to?

A: We do not offer delivery at this time. Follow us on IG for future announcements with delivery options.

  • Can I order online if I can't make it to the farmers market?

A: Yes, You can pre-order every week at crumbsocieties.com. Orders open Wednesday at 7 PM and close Monday at 5 PM. You pick up at the farmers market on Wednesday in Pacifica or Friday in Los Gatos.

       

      The Cookies

      • Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

      A: Allergen information for each flavor can be found on the product page, just beneath the product name.

      Please note: our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, and eggs.

      • How should I store my cookies?

      A: Cookies can be kept at room temperature and are best enjoyed the same day for peak freshness.

      If you're saving them for later, store them in airtight container.

      • What are your most popular flavors?

      A: Our customer favorites are Purple mood and PB Mood Boost.

      They sell out often during weekly drops.

      • Are you a licensed bakery?

      A: Yes. We operate under a California Cottage Food Operator (CFO) permit.
