Because our products are freshly baked food items, all sales are final.

That said, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We'll do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control
  • Items that were not stored properly after delivery or pickup
